So, coconut and palm oil are 95% saturated fat; lard is only 30% saturated fat. Is saturated fat O.K. now? And what's the saturated fat in Pumpkin? I know olive, avocado, and peanut oils are the healthy monounsaturated fats that promote high-density lipoproteins, to scour out the bad low-density lipoproteins and cholesterol promoted by saturated fat. But what about pumpkin seed oil?
