I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.

If you have any health issues this is not the place to go. I was "fired" for "abusing my contacts" when in actuality it was confirmed by an ophthalmologist later the same day that my eyes were inflamed from a reaction to lupus medications. After 15 years of visiting this "doctor" with no issues, I witnessed him have basically what was the equivalent to 2 year old tantrum and that was that. I confirmed findings with my rheumatologist and they will adjust meds to help eyes (as it corrects itself) but I would not suggest this doctor to anyone. Even the 15 years I went it was definitely like dealing with a robot, no questions about any changes, etc. I stayed out of familiarity- my mistake.

They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. The office is small, just the Dr. Mattingly and receptionist. The service is great and there is virtually no wait. Usually there is no more than one person ahead of you.
