Dr Mattingly is very personable and professional. As a health care provider myself, I have the utmost trust in his knowledge, experience and care. I recommend him to all my friends and family. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They are very accommodating and seemed genuinely concerned about my eye health and vision. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. When trying to get them to bill my insurance, Dr. Mattingly is EXTREMELY RUDE! I was shocked to see this side of him.
