I wish I had had something a bit more to calm my nerves.

There seemed to be a great deal of confusion around scheduling the appointment and follow ups. This led to me having to pay additional fees with my eye doctor and being yelled at after learning they dont co-manage with lasik doctors. But overall, the staff overall was very friendly and accommodating A+.

The only concern was the front office staff. Everyone else was super friendly. Front office staff was rude and not approachable or helpful. Overall great practice and would recommend to family and friends.

The doctors and procedure were fine. The waiting and order in which they saw the patients was ridiculous. I arrived well before many of the people who got treated before me. Taking the time to organize the patients by their in time would've made me feel like your practice cared about my time. How it was done made me know you did not care about my time.

The procedure went great but the pain afterward was pretty bad after the numbing wore off I think it would be much better if I had had a couple of pain tablets or a numbing drop for my eyes just for the night because when I woke the next day my eyes were ok.and I could see so clear it was amazing ,it has changed my life and I would definitely recommend it.

The office staff was very friendly and made me feel at ease. Dr. Lackey also was very informative, calming and answered all my questions and you could tell she cared for the individual patient. These individuals I would give a 10! However, the next two I give the 5. David in the waiting room made me very anxious. I know he thought being sarcastic would be funny / calming - it was NOT. He did not provide useful information about the procedure we were about to undergo, but simply asked 'what questions do you have' and poked fun at us if we did not have any. We did not know WHAT to ask! I did not feel that Dr. Woolfson took my request for medicine to relax seriously, even though i asked about claustrophobia and high anxiety. He simply said he did not think we needed it. Boy was he wrong!

Everything was great with pre op, the surgery and post op visit. My only suggestion would be to have the patients 'driver' hear the instructions about the eye drops and glasses as well.

The surgery itself was a lot more intense than I was anticipating. I think I should have taken the calming drug that the office manager offered me because it was a *bit* stressful. My vision itself is good...but my eyes are really dry so it's still distracting and blurry. I am kind of anxious about that, wondering if I will ever get better. Is there anything I can do to make it better. Overall, I think everyone I dealt with was great and helpful.
