The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.

My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Kenneth Cheng's for 3 years now, beginning treatment when she was just three years old. Dr. Cheng has always shown great skill and patience when dealing with my daughter. Each staff member takes time to communicate with me any details I may need to know, as well as showing special attention to my young child. Every visit is efficient and thorough, and the friendliness shown to my daughter makes each visit a pleasant experience for the both of us. When my daughter needed eye surgery, Dr. Cheng was kind and informative, ensuring there was no discomfort to myself nor my daughter. I recommend Dr. Cheng to any parent seeking services related to their child's vision!

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit?
Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.
