Help people live healthier and happier lives - All Thoughts

What Causes Disease?\n\nThe underlying cause of ALL disease is diet and lifestyle. Malnutrition, dehydration, and stress compromises the immune system to the point that it can no longer function properly. To reverse disease requires a change in diet and lifestyle that most people don't know about, or are unwilling to make the necessary changes...opting instead for the quick-fix of modern medicine.\n\nIf you read the article Why Are So Many Sick, you understand that the 'sickness industry' has a vested interest in keeping you just well enough to return for more treatment and more drugs and/or surgery. There is very little profit in teaching you how to cure disease using The Ten Natural Laws of Health. These ten laws are discussed in detail by Dr. Lorraine Day, a medical doctor, in her video, You Can't Improve on God. Here's a preview:\n\n1) Nutrition\nThis is the main section of her tape. In it she goes into great detail about what a cancer patient should and should not eat. She also goes into specific drinks (e.g. carrot juice) that help rebuild your immune system. \n\nShe also has many warnings, such as to not microwave your foods, don't have dental amalgam put in your mouth, don't consume too much protein, etc. \n\n2) Exercise\nShe gives a lot of good reasons to exercise, such as reducing stress, reducing blood pressure, etc. In later items she also gives very good reasons to exercise outdoors. \n\n3) Water\nIn this section she discusses all the physical and emotional problems that can result from not drinking enough water. To compound these problems, the symptoms of dehydration (read our article about coconut water) frequently lead a person to misdiagnose their problem. \n\n4) Sunlight\nShe does a good job explaining why sunlight prevents cancer rather than causes cancer. The importance of sunlight is far more significant than most people realize. An item below is fresh air, thus she mentions that three items can be accomplished at the same time if you exercise outdoors (exercise, sunlight and fresh air). \n\n5) Temperance (i.e. Abstinence)\nIn this section she gives a long list of things to avoid. These include coffee, sugar (read our article on sugar), alcohol, caffeine in general, etc. She notes that 70 cups of coffee is a fatal dose of coffee. \n\n6) Air (i.e. Being Outdoors)\nWhile this item is more than just being outdoors, the general direction is to get people outdoors or at least to open windows when you can. Her main discussion is about positive and negative ions. \n\n7) Rest (i.e. Sleep)\nShe makes some good points that a person should go to bed with the sun. While this might be impossible in some cases, her point is to not stay up too late because the body follows the sun's cycles. \n\n8) Trust in God\nThis discussion is in trusting God's wisdom (i.e. His foods, and His healing) rather than man's wisdom. She also discusses prayer and its importance. \n\n9) An Attitude of Gratitude\nIn this section she talks about the problems of being exposed to negative situations, such as watching the always depressing T.V. news. She talks about giving up anger, thinking good thoughts, and so on. (be thankful for your illness...it forced you to seek God's solution)\n\n10) Benevolence\nShe talks about helping others and praying for others. \n\n\nIf you would like to help others (Health Law number 10) become healthy and wealthy, join Healh Seekers. I have been helping people live healthier lives for 20 years. I have personally been comitted to always live a healthy life myself for more than 20 years. I have been very athletic since I was a teenager and continue rigorous workouts still. My whole family is very active, it is our lifestyle. Our diet is extremely healthy- and that is the way we love it. Our boys know why we eat the way we eat, and they always feel good as a result. My passion is health and always learning more about this amazing human body so that I can help people to make their live better.

I have read about and heard about every magic berry out there and they are all the same. Companies moving product that have a secret proprietary ingredient. Enough said. They do not even tell you how much of their magic berry is in their drink. Check out Youth Juice. It was formulated with an Agricultural Grant from the Canadian Government, no one else can say that. They have attracted Doctors from Cancer Clinics, and Anti-Aging Intergrative Medicine Clinics, and the doctors are not on staff nor are they paid. It must be good if they are growing.

When I was younger I went through a very scary time of migraines and other health problems doctors couldn't explain. After my doctor recommended massage therapy and it worked, I became a Massage Therapist myself. \n\nI try to educate people as much as possible about massage therapy so that they can live happier, healthier live too. I reach out to offer classes about Women's health, Aromatherapy, Eating Right, Exercise, etc. I encourage by example as well.

As a child in kindergarten I was helping my classmates dress warmly, zip\ntheir coat, and put on their mittens and boots. \n\nNow I am focused on healing myself\npersonally after giving a lot of my\nstrength and energy to a family member.\n\nIt is a time of death/rebirth and the two are inextricably mixed together.

I have spent most of my life teaching and coaching people to live better lives. This has been excellent for them but I didn't take my own advice and now I am having a good look at my results especially in my Health. It is easy to be there for others but we need to make time for ourselves and what is important to us.
