Extremely poor customer service! The billing inquiries number on invoice is understaffed. Have waited hours upon hours to get through to billing. Called the Service Inquiries number, and waited a good bit. Have asked several times to relay a message to billing with my contact information. But never once got a call back from billing or anyone. I would not recommend Optigen to anyone, and have discontinued service with this company.
They provide terrible customer service. Yesterday I waited on-hold for 1 hour and I hung up. Today I've been waiting now for over 2.5 Hours. I'm done with these people!!!! They don't deserve a star!
This company is terrible. Sleep apnea is a life-threatening condition. After diagnosis, I received a call on March 1, 2019, from some lady who said they got my order from the doctor and if I didn't hear back from them in a couple weeks, I should call them. No reference number, no department or person to contact. I just figured someone was working on getting me the equipment and they'd call back. Well no call back. Now I call back, they have no record of me.
Like many companies, if you are covered by TRICARE they constantly over charge you. I have called and spoken to these people till I was blue in the face. They kept telling me over and over that they would fix the problem. Every month they over charge me hoping I will just pay. Not going to do that. I put in a request today for them to come pick up my machine. I will not be a part of this fraud.
this provider may be your worst nightmare in the health care field. they gave me a defective cpap machine then claimed it was OK. when I returned it in june, they kept on billing Medicare through November, as if they are still my provider. I fired them in June for no customer support. For credibility, I am a 28 year cpap user, and an engineer. These are bad people. Watch out.
Super pleased with the customer service and very impressed with Randy. He went out of his way to help me correct the settings on my cpap machine. He did this Sunday night during his off hours. It was great talking to you Randy and thank you so much!
Initial visit was good...But then it went south fast. My headgear wore out prematurely with normal wear. I tried to get a new one was given the run around .Called national office they said to call local address. finally after a while someone locally said that the headgear was in the mail...It didnt show up. .I called again they knew nothing about it ..Please use someone else anyone else .These people are idiots.....
So far I am not happy with this company. We were referred to them in January for my husband's CPAP. All documentation they said they needed was sent to them. Has been a constant battle with them and every time I call, they tell me they need another piece of paper. They never call us. We have to call them. The last time we were told we would have answers that day. That was one week ago today and we are no closer than we were 4 months ago. I will be telling our insurance that the company they referred us to is not helpful. I have talked to others (after the referral of course) and I am told the same thing. They must be hounded and are slow
