This is by far the worse company i have delt with. They are hard to reach on the phone and when you finally get someone, they are very rude with you. I have been charged many times for equipment i have never received and despite several attempts (months) to get the situation resolved, still nothing. They keep on billing me sometimes with no specific explanations but "customer beginning balance" and the amount. You don't even know what your charges are. This company is a scam and a doesn't stand by its mission statement, but more for its bills statement, all they care about is billing veterans and other patients, nothing else. It doesn't even deserve a star and needs to be out of business. It is a shame for our nation to have such company.
They are not professional and keep billing you for merchandise the you don’t need , nobody answers the phone, even to Tricare or Humana If you are a veteran or military please don’t do business with this company
They will continue to send you products even a year after not informing you that your new insurance does not cover it anymore. You can call any number listed on the website but they will not answer the phone. 2hrs, 1,5hrs, 30min, 45 min and 1.25hrs on hold was my threshold, so maybe if I tried harder. Their mailboxes are also full so don't think you can leave a message
Hell! Pure hell! No body answers the phone. Don’t need products but they keep billing. No matter what time you try or when you try to leave message : nothing. Voice mail full, they even hang the phone up on you, Appreciate my call: bull turkey !
Horrible customer service. Does NOT answer phone no matter what you enter. Thye just keep sending me supplies and charging me. I try calling to cancel and nothing. Rest assured the bill comes on time every time. About as shady as a company gets.
