I can't give a lower score. My CPAP machine has been inoperative for about 2 months. I've called four times, two of my Doctors have called and still no one calls or shows up. My Doctor cancelled their service, but nobody's come by to pick it up. Their billing department is screwed, they charge Tri-west, but don't charge my primary insurance which is medi-care . Can't talk to anyone because they put on hold for over an hour. I spent 24 years in the service, and this is the worst company ever. I would have fired them all.

Started ok at first then when I needed scheduled supplies they were awful. I am active duty military and was unable to get my six month supply when I went on deployment, they said that Tricare the military health care doesnt allow that. Well as a fool I believed them everytime they used that excuse. The customer service person was always demeaning towards me and her company policies were an excuse for everything. I had to pay for my own cpap supply due to the fact that they couldnt clear up the situation. I woud rather lose some money than have the side effects of not using my cpap. It was so many issues for the time I was with them to list, it goes on and on all the way to the bitter end. I now have Respira Medical and am given everything this company refused to give me. Even there technicians that visit my house were awful. This last guy didnt keep his appointment time due to the fact he fell asleep! So rude and obnoxious! I am glad I had a way out.

Very unresponsive to patience needs. I ended up going to American Home Patient to get my equipment because I could not get Optigen to respond in a timely manor on my prescription or communicate with me on what the delay was, finally after over two months, out of the blue I received a phone call telling me that they were ready to fill my order? I thought they had forgotten about me? Needless to say I informed them that it had already been filled by American Home Patient.

Fantastic service. Every time I call I speak with the girl Holly and she is amaizing. Always goes above and beyond to help me with whatever I need.

They were great while I was in the military. But wow, what a change of heart when I tried to cancel service. They kept sending me packages and trying to bill Tricare, which just got forwarded to me. I'd call, they send UPS to pick up the package. They said they'd cancel my service, but next quarter another package came. This happened twice.

I stay'd with my parents for 2 months while transitioning out. The last package they sent went to parent's address. I called, told them I' not going to pay for it, I cancelled service, and they need to come pick it back up. UPS guy comes knocking on the door to my new house looking for the package. "I don't have it. They sent it to [parent's address], so I figured you would pick it up from [parent's address." Nope, they put in a pick up order for my new address, UPS guy says I'll have to call them and have them order another pick-up.

So I call in, and I got a lady on the phone that starts acting frustrated with me, like I'm the moron that is doing this. All the usual customer service courtesies are out the door. She is short with me, even condescending. What happened? Everyone was so willing to help when I had a big government dollar sign over my head.

They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain.
