The initial service when I ordered my wife's machine was great. The representative that brought it to the house brought it out on a Saturday afternoon. He set the machine up and set the prescribed pressures and explained the machine to my wife. As good as this service was, I would not recommend this company. When I first contacted them about possibly ordering supplies from them, they immediately sent me a box of supplies I did not order. I called them and had the supplies returned. The second time I ordered supplies, they sent the wrong mask. Had those items returned and ordered correct supplies which were eventually delivered. The third time I ordered supplies, I requested two mask cushions and a head gear. I got a complete mask, water container, heated hose, and filters. It took two calls to get these supplies returned. I had to threaten to file a fraud case with Medicare to get them to return the supplies. If charges for the last items show up on my quarterly Medicare statement, I will file a fraud claim against them.

These people are the worst and I will never use their service again. They had a error in their accounting and didn't charge me or my insurance for a couple months. Fine, I understand that. I paid what they said I owed and closed my account. Months past and I get another bill saying I still owe money and I call them they said they will research it and call me back, No one called me back. Couple months past and another bill for the same amount. I called again and now there is no record of me closing my account or the fact that they we researching the issue- there is no such thing, because I'm told no one will ever call me back. This is all over $5.66. I know it's not much but this organization is so greedy that they are fighting me over it. I finally paid it because I threaten with being sent to collects. These people work with the military, I wish I'd look them up before ordering from them. They are the worst. Only gave one start because I couldn't make it zero stars.

Delivery could be faster but no issues with getting what I need. I live in GA so all interactions were by phone, largely from Optigen reach out.

Every other time I receive supplies from this company they're wrong. AND when you try calling you're on hold for a very long time. All I want is for Optigen to send what I had requested when my supplier was changed to them two years and get the order right. Someone doesn't pay attention to the customer.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES. I (and my insurance company) am continuously billed for supplies that they CLAIM were sent to me. I have sent the certified mails and made several calls but Optigen refuses to remove the charges or, stop sending me overdue bills. DO NOT MESS WITH THEM

Dear consumers,
Beware of this company. They will not do right by you. I am a retired military soldier and healthcare provider and this is the worst customer service I've had ever. After retiring from the Army I was sent several packages without my consent and then charged crazy amounts of monies, through my insurance, and then even charged for equipment that I didn't receive. I have spent several hours on hold, or transferred back and forth between billing and supply, which both braches of this company said with was not their fault and fixed nothing. WOW amazingly lost in woods this company is. I have called and written and still all I get in return is more bills with threatening collections notices. BAD BAD BAD company to deal with. I will attempt to get this addressed with the Madigan JBLM, WA Hospital Commander and or the Deputy Command Staff. I can only imagine what is happening to several other soldiers. Tri-west/Tricare & United Healthcare needs to be made aware of this situation as well.
